Mrs. Mona Pourdaryaeinejad completed cooking and confectionary courses in the Cooking and confictionary institutes in Hormozgan province. She was granted 6 related professional certificates. She also completed table-cloth decoration under the supervision of Mrs. Akram Minaei (Sanaz Minaei) in Sanaz and Soniya institute, and then completed the cooking courses under the supervision of Mr. Sadegi who has more than 40 years experience of cooking in Tehran hotels and restaurants as well as in Army and Oil industry. Mrs. Pourdaryaei completed the supplementary courses in confictionary and cake decoration under the supervision of Mr. Amir eqtedarzedeh who has more than 35 years experience in Tehran confectionaries. She also successfully finished a complete course of Iranian cooking under the supervision of Mr. Sayed Hadi Hosseini. she has also received 3 certificates in cake decoration from American wilton company. There she completed the courses under the supervision of Mrs. Lobo. Mrs. Pourdaryaeinejad participated in the first exhibition of Hormozgan women capabilities held by Naja (police), Hormozgan governor-general and municipality in Tooba Farngsara and she was awarded the first prize in confectionary and cake decorations granted the prize and appreciation letter by the culture and guidance department. She also came first in the festival of seafood cooking held in Golestan province. Furthermore she was awarded the first prize in the national festival of porridge of pudding held in Zanjan for seafood cooking. She received the diploma and image of the festival on behalf of Hormozgan fisheries, she began to teach seafood cooking courses all over the province. She was also chosen as a judge in the festivals held by the fisheries, Mrs. Pourdaryaei also completed the Indian cooking course in India under the supervision of experienced instructors.
